Here you can learn about the steps that you can take before you commit to purchasing our vehicle remotely. Additionally, we have provided information about the buying process, payments, delivery, and returns.

    ORDER INDEPENDENT VEHICLE INSPECTION REMOTELY

    Customers can order an inspection of any vehicle at any licensed repair facility within 10 miles of our dealership. Luckily, there are numerous repair shops with excellent reviews you can choose from. All inspections are completely independent, and therefore, any inspection fees posted by licensed repair facilities are the responsibility of the customer.

    All you are required to do is schedule an appointment for an inspection, and we will drop the vehicle off right on time for the appointment and pick it up right after the inspection is over. Most times, these repair facilities can generate a report for the buyer the same day. Most of the automotive repair facilities in our area offer pre-purchase inspections within the rates of $50 – $150.

    REQUEST FOR IMPERFECTION PHOTOS

    Most pre-owned vehicles are expected to have signs of use. Buyers might be concerned about not being able to see them when buying remotely. Clients can request additional photos of any cosmetic imperfections that can be seen with a naked eye. We provide all such pictures via email or text.

    BUY EXTENDED WARRANTY

    We offer some of the best comprehensive service contracts on the market, which cover repairs in every state. Buyers who purchase extended warranties can use them at any licensed repair facility or franchise store in the country. Please contact us to get a quote for your desired vehicle.

    BUY CONTRACT CANCELLATION OPTION (CCOA)

    CCOA is an official CA DMV form which gives any buyer an opportunity to return the vehicle within five days or 500 miles, whichever occurs first. This agreement only costs between $75 and $250 depending on the value of the vehicle purchased. Without CCOA all sales are final.

THE PROCESS

To begin the remote buying process, we charge a deposit amount of $300. This amount goes towards the purchase price of the vehicle and can be paid with a credit/debit card. A copy of a government-issued ID is required; this can either be mailed or sent via email.

Next, we will mail all physical paperwork to the buyer including a return envelope. Once we receive the signed paperwork and the full payment, we will start the vehicle shipment process.

PAYMENTS

Remote payments can be carried out through wire transfer, cashier checks, money orders, or credit/debit card transactions with a 3% card processing fee. If you applied for a loan with a Credit Union, we would need some additional instructions for out of state funding to be provided by your bank. Financing with Westlake Financial is available for California residents only.

DELIVERY

We offer help finding a shipping carrier at the rates listed below:

CA, AZ, NV – $1.75 per 1 mile (minimum charge for local destinations is $250)
OR, ID, UT, NM – $1000 flat rate
WA, TX, CO, WY, MT, OK, KS – $1,250 flat rate
FL, LA, MS, AL, TN, AR, MO, IA, NE, SD, ND – $1,500 flat rate
GA, SC, NC, KY, IN, IL, WI, MN, VA, WV, OH, MI, MD, PA, NY, VT, NH, MA, CT, NJ, DE, ME – $2000 flat rate

The shipping rates are optional, customers can use a shipping carrier of their own choice.

RETURNS

When buyers purchase the Contract Cancellation Option, returns are available within five days or 500 miles after delivery, whichever occurs first. Shipping refunds are not provided.
