Generally, we do not have any historical maintenance records in our possession. Some service history records are available in CarFax reports. Additionally, we maintain reconditioning records for all vehicles.

Any vehicle can be inspected by anyone on the lot. Any vehicle can be inspected by any certified mechanic located within 10 miles of us. Customers must arrange the vehicle inspection appointment directly with the service provider at least one day before the time of inspection. We deliver any vehicle to the inspection facility and pick it up after the inspection is performed. Customers are required to pay any inspection charges posted by third party shops. It is absolutely prohibited to remove any parts off the vehicle during the inspection. Vehicles must be returned on the same business day during our normal business hours.

We inspect brakes, lights, tires, suspension, structural integrity, and other safety related items to ensure the vehicle meets all California safety requirements. All vehicles are sold “As-Is”. We allow customers to use their mechanic of choice to inspect any vehicle. Unwanted vehicles can be returned within 5 days or up to 500 miles, whichever occurs first, with the Contract Cancellation option elected during purchase of the vehicle. *Additional conditions apply, please contact us to request a copy of the Contract Cancellation form.

 

Yes, we work with Schools First, NAVY, First Entertainment, USAA, and all other Credit Unions.

All cars are sold as-is in order to provide low prices, in fact $3000 lower than the competition on average. Many cars still have a factory warranty. A third party warranty may be purchased and financed. All cars may be returned within 5 days or 500 miles with the Contract Cancellation option.

We offer different vehicle service plans, starting from basic powertrain plan. Our vehicle service plan prices are very low, some of the lowest in the industry.

Our standard warranty covers the powertrain – engine and transmission. However, coverage for additional parts/features may be added at an additional cost which will also vary depending on the model, package and year of the car.

All sales are final. With the Contract Cancellation option cars can be returned in 5 days or up to 500 miles, whichever occurs first. *Additional conditions apply, please contact us to request a copy of the Contract Cancellation form. Qualifying clean energy vehicles are only eligible for 2 days / 500 miles return time due to IRS rules.

Yes, everyone must purchase an insurance coverage before they can drive.

Yes, our partnering banks report to major credit bureaus.

No, for an approximate calculation, please find an online loan calculator. A credit run is necessary for an any more detailed response.

With our banks we have seen APR rates as low as 7%, with Credit Unions as low as 5%. (this answer was updated in November, 2023)

We do our best to get approvals for everybody, but certain situations may require exceptions that we are not always able to provide. Specific responses depend on credit history.

 

We file vehicle registration for all California residents. Outside of California residents must file registration in their state.

 

Registrations usually come in within a month from the date of sale. A temporary registration is placed on the vehicle at the time of sale.

We do not have any preferred payment methods. Prices are the same for all. 3% charge is applied to all card transactions exceeding $300.

Yes, dealers buy from us. We offer $200 discount to licensed car dealers.

It takes a minimum of $300 to put a hold on a vehicle for 7 calendar days. We strongly recommend to consider vehicle hold payments only after the prospective buyer has inspected the vehicle of interest in person or by a trusted independent certified mechanic.

 

All of the vehicles are off-lease cars, trade-ins, and occasionally previous rental. Most of our inventory comes from franchise (new car) stores.

Every week. On average we sell cars within four weeks. Our inventory counts vary throughout the year.
